At Beyond Staging, we are committed to delivering high-quality virtual staging services tailored to meet your needs. This page outlines our policies regarding revisions, turnaround times, and refunds to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Revisions and Turnaround Time

Our goal is to provide results that exceed your expectations. If changes are needed, we offer up to three rounds of revisions included in the service price.

● Included Revisions: You can request up to 3 revisions at no additional cost.

● Additional Revisions: If more than 3 revision rounds are required, additional fees may apply.

Submission Deadline for Revisions:

Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of order completion. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated, and a new order may be required.

Standard Turnaround Time:

● For orders with up to 10 photos, the typical turnaround time is 2 business days from when we receive all necessary materials and instructions.

● Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

● Refund requests must be made within 7 days of order completion.

● Refunds are not available if the virtually staged photos have been:

  1. Published on MLS, social media, or printed marketing materials.

  2. Revised as part of the included or additional revision rounds.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness. We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds based on the above criteria.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will take effect upon posting the revised version on our website, along with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
